Apprenticeship as a Merchant EFZ in Burgdorf (Summer 2027)# What to expect • You will learn tasks, processes, and workflows in different departments and develop the prescribed action competencies in cooperation with our practical trainers. • You will have personal, telephone, and written customer contact. • You will work actively and independently in the specialist departments from the first day. • The training at CONCORDIA offers you a springboard for your professional future. What you bring • You are currently in secondary school level P/E or in high school and have good grades in the main subjects. • The healthcare industry, and in particular the health and social insurance branch, interests you. • You can express yourself verbally and in writing in a skilled manner. • You enjoy contact with people, are versatile, work well in a team, and learn easily and quickly. • As a person, you are friendly, open, and have good manners. You bring a high willingness to learn and personal responsibility.
