YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY As a member of the management team, the function includes leading the Stadler Signalling RAMS department with 14 employees. Areas of responsibility include: • RAMS management • Validation • Verification • Information and Cyber Security • Safety case management • Quality management • General approval topics The professional and personal development of the team as well as the expansion of existing competencies within the department will be ensured. The organization of the department, the planning and prioritization of work, the assignment of tasks, and the monitoring of work progress are the responsibility of the function. Representing the department in management meetings and in order reviews is also among the essential tasks. As a member of expert groups, participation in strategic decisions and the further development of Stadler Signalling takes place.
