The Eisengiesserei Mezger AG has continuously developed over the past few years and established itself as a modern and competitive company thanks to targeted investments. With around 45 employees, we manufacture a diverse range of products, primarily for the gas and water supply as well as the machine industry. As part of a new recruitment, we are looking for a motivated and team-oriented model maker, mold maker, tool maker (M/W/D 80-100%) Your tasks: • Design of model equipment for the foundry with CAD (Autodesk Inventor) / CAM (Tebis). • Production of wooden and plastic model equipment based on technical drawings and CAD data. • Manufacture of model equipment on a 5-axis milling machine (Zimmermann ZFU 22) as well as on conventional processing machines. • Optimization, maintenance, and repair of model equipment and hand models. • Carrying out general carpentry and wood processing work. Your qualifications: • Completed training as a technical model maker, mold or tool maker, or foundry technologist with a focus on model making. • Experience in CNC milling (3- to 5-axis). • High willingness to work, combined with initiative, independence, and creativity. • Flexibility and resilience. • Experience in model making as well as in handling tools and (CNC) machines. • In-depth CAD/CAM knowledge. • Pronounced manual skills. • Structured, systematic, and reliable working method. • High willingness to work and quick comprehension.
