To strengthen the installation team, we are urgently looking for an experienced leader as an Installation Manager 100% per immediately or by arrangement. Job Description ## In this function as an installation site manager, you are responsible for the organization and management of installations on the construction site. • You plan the personnel deployment and coordinate internal and external participants. • You keep deadlines, costs and quality under control at all times. • You participate in construction meetings and represent the company towards construction management and clients. • You accompany the acceptance of the performed work in a professional and structured manner. • As a central contact person, you are available to installers, customers and the management. • You consistently ensure compliance with safety regulations. • You actively contribute improvements in workflows and processes. Hans Eugster 058 300 71 27 We expect ## • You have completed training as a Metallbauer EFZ. • Alternatively, you have a comparable technical or manual basic training. • Several years of experience in the construction installation sector is mandatory. • Ideally, you have already worked as a head installer, foreman, construction manager or site manager. • You work in an organized manner and assert yourself without burdening cooperation. • Initiative, reliability and an independent way of working are a matter of course for you. • Flexibility and resilience round off your profile. • You possess a category B driver's license. • Very good German language skills in speaking and writing are required. • You are familiar with using MS Office. • Commercial further training is an advantage.
