Project Quality Manager You work 100% in Sulgen Project Quality Manager V-ZUG Kühltechnik AG (Quality) We are a subsidiary of V-ZUG AG and develop and produce cooling devices at our location in Sulgen. You can expect a challenging task that represents an important part in the production process of our high-quality products. We have high demands on the quality of our devices and their components. What the position offers you Your role As Project Quality Manager, you are responsible for quality assurance throughout the entire product development cycle. Your responsibilities range from the concept phase to market launch, with the goal of ensuring the complete fulfillment of all quality requirements and achieving the required maturity level for series production. You plan, coordinate, and implement quality-related activities as part of new product introductions from the project phase to launch You moderate FMEA sessions for structured risk assessment and derive concrete measures from them You monitor compliance with quality requirements both internally and with suppliers throughout the entire project lifecycle, for example through EMPB and the 8D method You plan and conduct process and product audits in the development and pre-series phase You promote continuous improvement through systematic analysis of field complaints You actively design the QM system and continuously develop it further What you bring to the position You have several years of professional experience in the quality sector, ideally in a project environment You are familiar with the Quality Core Tools such as FMEA, MSA, SPC, and 8D You have in-depth practical experience in conducting product and process audits You have a clear analytical understanding and a strong customer focus You work independently, self-organized, and structured, and at the same time convince through your communication and moderation strength in interdisciplinary teams Your very good German and English skills in writing and speaking round out your profile Not convinced yet?
