Head of Construction Civil and Structural Engineering (all) # Your field of activity • You lead the construction specialist department and ensure that ideas are transformed into precise plans, models, and implementable solutions • Together with your team, you further develop digital planning methods and specifically advance BIM, automation, and modern tools • You strengthen quality, responsibility, and collaboration within the construction team and accompany employees in their professional development • You shape the interface between planning, model, and construction so that projects are implemented efficiently, reliably, and in a future-oriented manner • Together with project managers, specialist planners, and site managers, you develop solutions that are technically convincing and sustainably shape living spaces What you bring with you • You possess sound specialist knowledge in engineering and structural engineering as well as experience in construction • The application of SIA standards and the management of planning processes are part of your professional everyday life • You use BIM methods as well as digital planning tools such as Revit, Civil 3D, or ACC confidently • You structure complex issues comprehensibly and develop practical solutions from them • You have a proficient command of German in spoken and written form, French and English skills are a plus We do not wish to receive inquiries from personnel service providers.
