Technical Merchant Employee Production Planning (AVOR)

Gysi AG specializes in laser cutting, bending, welding and post-processing of sheet metal parts. For our team, we are looking for motivated specialists with real experience in sheet metal processing. Employee Production Planning (AVOR) 100% In production planning, you form the interface between the customer and production. You prepare orders technically, create all necessary documents and ensure that manufacturing can start smoothly. For this position, sound practical knowledge in sheet metal processing is essential. Your tasks: • Technical order processing and complete production planning for sheet metal manufacturing (laser cutting, bending, welding, post-processing). • Preparation and checking of customer drawings (2D and 3D) for manufacturability and completeness. • Creation and maintenance of production documents, work plans and bills of materials. • 3D design and drawing adjustments with CAD software (e.g. Boost, SolidWorks, AutoCAD or similar). • Calculation of manufacturing times and close coordination with the production management. • Communication with customers regarding technical inquiries. • Continuous optimization of manufacturing documents and processes. Your profile: • Sound practical experience in sheet metal processing (mandatory) — you must know the manufacturing processes from your own experience. • Confident use of CAD software for 2D and 3D drawings. • Further training in the field of technology, design or AVOR is an advantage. • Very good technical understanding and confident reading and creation of manufacturing drawings. • Structured, solution-oriented and exact way of working. • Strong communication skills and enjoyment in working with production and customers.
