As a Customer Advisor at Assura, you will actively acquire new customers and advise existing customers on all matters relating to health insurance. Your tasks: • Active acquisition of new customers • Personal advice and support for existing customers • Building and maintaining your own customer base • Planning and implementation of sales activities • Organization and implementation of customer appointments • Identifying customer needs and developing suitable insurance solutions Your profile: • Completed basic training • Sales experience is an advantage • Enjoyment of customer contact • Independent and goal-oriented way of working • High self-motivation and strong communication skills • Willingness to perform as well as enjoyment in achieving goals • VBV certificate present or willingness to acquire it as part of the induction • Driver's license Cat.
