• 22 June 2026 • 80 - 100% • Indefinite duration • English (Intermediate), French (Native language) • 1208 Geneva • Log in to see the salary estimate from jobup.ch Our client is quickly looking to complete their team with a REAL ESTATE ACCOUNTANT H/F Location: Geneva Reference: CICV Activity rate: 100% Contract: CDI Functions: • Accounting management of a real estate portfolio • Entry and payment of invoices related to the portfolio • Establishment of various statements • Management of mortgage loans • Monitoring of rent collections • Relationship with tenants, owners, and internal services • Creation of internal procedures • Processing of available owner funds • Monitoring and reconciliation of liquidity accounts Experience and skills: • Holder of a CFC commercial employee diploma or equivalent training • 3-5 years of experience as an accountant in a real estate agency in Switzerland • Native French language, excellent spelling • Mastery of usual computer tools • Administrative and organizational rigor, excellent stress management and high volume of work • Swiss or valid work permit Apply now!
