Commis di sala

To complete our team, we are looking for a: Commis di Sala (Waiter/Waitress Assistant) Tasks: • Support for the dining room staff in preparation and setup activities; • Reception of guests and assistance during service; • Beverage service and support in table service; • Replenishment of workstations; • Collaboration with the dining room and kitchen team; • Tidying and cleaning of the dining room. Requirements: • Hotel training or interest in the restaurant and hospitality sector; • A first professional experience in dining room service is an advantage; • Aptitude for public contact and customer orientation; • Team spirit, reliability, and willingness to learn; • Good knowledge of the Italian language; knowledge of German and/or English is an advantage; • Availability to work shifts, including Sundays and public holidays; • Category B driver's license; • Self-driven or able to reach the workplace by public transport compatible with service schedules. Employment conditions: • Workplace: Ascona; • Hourly contract with variable occupancy from 50% to 100%; • Activity carried out in shifts for lunch and dinner service; • Fixed-term contract until 31 December 2026, with possibility of renewal; • Free parking available; • Remuneration and employment conditions in accordance with the HotellerieSuisse / L-GAV collective agreement.
