To strengthen our PMO team, we are looking for a committed personality as a QSE Manager (80–100 %). Your Mission You actively develop our company in the areas of quality, safety, and environment and make QSE a real success factor. Together with our teams, you ensure that our standards are not only documented but consistently lived in everyday work. Your Main Tasks Further development of our quality management system as well as ensuring quality requirements according to QSV. Establishment and continuous further development of our safety management system (SMS). Definition and documentation of tasks, competencies, and responsibilities (AKV). Development, monitoring, and evaluation of safety goals and safety key figures. Ensuring the initial and further training of our employees in the field of occupational safety (BauAV, SUVA, RTE 20100 / RTE 20600). Establishment and maintenance of a systematic competency management. Management of environmental aspects and support for sustainable project execution. Introduction and further development of KVP processes as well as KPI and PDCA methods. Planning and moderation of Lean Construction meetings to promote efficiency and collaboration. Support for our project teams during audits, safety inspections, and continuous improvement processes. Your Profile Technical basic training with further training in the field of QSE, occupational safety, or management systems. Experience in project management as well as ideally in the construction, infrastructure, industrial, or railway environment. Joy in further developing processes and inspiring people for changes. Structured, solution-oriented, and pragmatic way of working. Strong communication skills, initiative, and assertiveness. Team-oriented personality with a high sense of responsibility.
