Tasks • Managing the sales outlet according to target specifications, instructions and guidelines • Ensuring the implementation and adherence to quality standards • Ensuring the workflow organization and sales readiness • Planning and implementing sales promotion measures • Personnel recruitment and deployment planning • Leading and promoting the subordinate employees • Key figure analysis Requirements • Completed basic training in retail, first experience in a similar function is an advantage • Leadership experience • Customer-oriented thinking and acting • Very good German language skills • High level of commitment and performance willingness • Motivation/willingness to train and further educate • Flexibility regarding work assignments Training will take place in several sales outlets within the following area: Region Oberwallis, Visp, Brig, Zermatt and Goms   What we offer Your contact person Melanie Walpen-Jentsch HR Marketing
