As a group leader, you are subordinate to the management of the establishment and responsible for the management of the group and the team. You accompany and encourage the children and are the reference person for them and their parents. In addition to your administrative tasks, you develop interesting themes and activities for and with the children and organize exciting outings. Furthermore, you are responsible for the training of apprentices and trainees in your group.
