Important notices: Please send us a complete application dossier (CV, work certificates and diplomas) What you accomplish Autonomously manage a portfolio of commercial real estate, composed mainly of Migros centers, as well as some mixed-use and residential buildings. Be the preferred interlocutor for our tenants, with whom you build relationships of trust: negotiation, drafting and monitoring of leases, management of amendments, extensions and terminations. Supervise all administrative tasks related to management: invoicing, service charge settlements, indexation, collection of turnovers. Collaborate closely with internal teams (projects and construction, facility management, accounting, center management) to guarantee smooth and aligned management. Act as a landlord or tenant, with rigor, reliability and a sense of responsibility Actively contribute to the commercialization of surfaces: searching for tenants, vacancy management, market analysis What you bring Education: Federal Diploma Specialization: Real estate management Professional experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar function Real estate management Mastery of commercial lease law as well as rental management tools (ideally SAP RE-FX).
