Responsibility for Nestlé internal HACCP and Food Safety standards
Organization and execution of HACCP team meetings
Reviewing Change Requests in relation to food safety
Conducting HACCP training for factory employees as well as members of the Food Safety and HACCP teams
Coordination of the annual oPRP and CCP verifications
Implementation and follow-up of measures from audits and assessments
Support of the operational teams in the implementation of HACCP studies on the production lines as well as with food safety deviations
Organization of internal audits
Participation in as well as leading interdisciplinary projects in the factory
Support of the hygiene team on topics related to PRPs and other hygiene measures

Completed degree in food technology, life sciences or a comparable field of study
