In this position, you will proactively and uncomplicatedly accompany our customers in the event of a claim. What you achieve with us ## In this role, you support our customers in uncomplicated claims processing and accompany them personally throughout the entire process.    You receive claim reports and are responsible for further processing and settlement. You initiate necessary immediate measures independently and remain in close contact with all parties involved.    In addition, you carry out on-site claim inspections and ensure a careful assessment of the damages. You convey the necessary security to our customers and strengthen their trust in die Mobiliar.  What you bring with you ## • Federal commercial training • Sound professional experience in claims processing • Insurance intermediary VBV or insurance specialist certificate is an advantage • High service orientation and enjoyment of customer contact • Solution-oriented action and networked thinking • Independent, responsible and proactive personality • Fluent German skills in speaking and writing (other languages an advantage) Working with us ## A diverse and dynamic team awaits you at the General Agency Liestal.
