Our major concerns lie in the quality of our architectural production, in the harmony of the professional relationships we build within the office, as well as in our relations with our clients, our colleagues, and our service providers in general. Our office is located on Boulevard des Philosophes, in the heart of the city of Genève at the junction between the Parc des Bastions and the beautiful 19th-century districts and the dense and lively streets of Plainpalais and de la Cluse. Architecte EPFL or equivalent, with at least 15 to 20 years of professional practice in Genève In order to reinforce our team once again and to respond to new orders and architectural challenges, we are looking for a collaborator who has acquired at least 15 years of professional experience in Genève offices, holding a university degree or equivalent and perfectly mastering the French language, both in writing (spelling) and orally (excluding assistance). We expect you to be able to: \- set up or take direction of certain mandates \- coordinate all mandate holders and stakeholders \- survey and draw plans at various scales \- prepare tenders and calls for bids \- lead, manage and chair site meetings \- ensure the contractual follow-up of the services of the various companies \- coordinate the work (project, costs, deadlines) \- ensure the financial management of projects Driver's license necessary Immediate start or to be agreed upon
