With a team of 35 dedicated professionals, SPITEX-Dienste RUTU offers professional care, supervision and support for the population of the municipalities Hilterfingen/Hünibach, Oberhofen and Heiligenschwendi. As a public, regionally anchored organization, we offer high-quality services and are constantly developing our range of services.   As part of a succession arrangement, we are looking for a dedicated, strong-leadership personality as Managing Director (80-100%) Your main tasks: Overall operational responsibility after the induction phase Quality assurance in all service areas Financial management and process optimization Organizational development together with the Board building sustainable leadership structures promotion and development of your employees Your profile:  You are a leadership personality with qualified performance records in     management and corresponding education or further training, ideally at   university or technical college level.  You have leadership experience, ideally in a health, social or   service-oriented environment.  You bring sound experience in financial planning, administration and IT. You   move confidently in digital work processes and know specialist applications   in the  Spitex or healthcare sector.  Experience in organizational development, change processes or change     management is an advantage.  You think entrepreneurially, act solution-oriented and communicate clearly   and bindingly.
