Your work environment #### As Head of Interior Construction and Assembly, you will take on overall responsibility for our projects in the areas of kitchens, interior construction, and carpentry - from planning to successful handover. You will lead the assembly team, coordinate external partners, and ensure that deadlines, quality, and costs are always under control. In this role, you will be the central point of contact for construction managers, architects, suppliers, and customers, and you will continuously develop the department further. We are looking for a technically skilled all-rounder with broad expertise in interior construction. Someone who understands various trades, accompanies projects from AVOR to procurement and planning to assembly coordination, and acts as a central interface between construction management, craftsmen, and suppliers. What is decisive is not specialization in a single trade, but a generalist understanding of the entire interior construction process. This clearly distinguishes the position from a classic carpenter or buyer and addresses exactly the target group you are looking for. Your role #### Leadership & Organization • Technical and personnel leadership of the interior construction department • Leadership, deployment planning, and further development of internal assembly staff • Coordination and control of external assembly and craft companies • Ensuring efficient resource and capacity planning • Responsibility for quality, deadlines, occupational safety, and productivity • Optimization and further development of processes, standards, and work processes Project Management • Overall responsibility for demanding interior construction, kitchen, and carpentry projects • Planning of kitchens, built-in cabinets, and individual interior construction solutions • Project-related cost calculation and budget monitoring • Deadline, quality, and cost control throughout the project duration • Conducting measurements and technical clarifications on site • Coordination between clients, architects, construction management, production, and assembly • Organization and supervision of all assembly work • Carrying out construction inspections and acceptances • Responsibility for complete project billing and post-calculation Procurement & Sourcing • Obtaining and comparing offers • Purchasing all materials for interior construction • Negotiating prices and maintaining long-term supplier relationships • Controlling order confirmations and monitoring delivery dates • Ensuring economical material procurement Your qualifications #### • Completed training in the main or secondary building trade, for example as a carpenter EFZ, kitchen builder, floor or parquet layer, plate layer, painter, metalworker, glazier, or comparable craft training • Several years of professional experience in interior construction and in-depth knowledge of various trades (e.g., kitchens, doors, carpentry, floor coverings, plate work, painting, glass partitions, or locking systems) • Experience in AVOR and technical planning and coordination of interior construction projects • Experience in procurement, material sourcing, and collaboration with suppliers and craft partners • Technical understanding of construction processes and good knowledge of relevant standards and requirements in interior construction • Organizational strength and experience in coordinating internal and external assembly teams • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work • Safe handling of MS Office; CAD knowledge is an advantage • Driver's license category B Your benefits #### • Demanding, varied projects with high independence • Dynamic, innovation-friendly environment with flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths • Attractive compensation and benefits packages that reward performance and commitment • Clear development prospects (towards overall project management, client representation, or management) • Promotion of further education and professional qualifications • Modern working tools and technology-oriented processes
