In this context, we are currently looking for a: Logistics Specialist (M/F/X) - Watchmaking & Jewelry CDI | Watchmaking | Neuchâtel mountains Do you appreciate environments where precision, organization and rigor make the difference? Your mission Within a logistics team of about fifteen employees, you participate in the management of flows and stocks intended for watchmaking and jewelry activities. You intervene mainly in stock management while developing your versatility across several logistics sectors of the company. Beyond operational activities, you also contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and participate in the optimization projects of the department. Your responsibilities • Receive and control goods and components. • Perform goods entries in the ERP. • Ensure stocking and management of locations. • Prepare components intended for manufacturing orders. • Perform picking and stock outings. • Supply production and assembly workshops. • Process production returns. • Perform cycle counts and periodic inventories. • Analyze and process stock discrepancies. • Participate in the management of high-value watchmaking and jewelry components. • Intervene occasionally at the goods docks and the raw materials stock. • Participate in storage area relocation projects. • Be a proactive proposer in order to improve logistics flows and department organization. • Contribute to the updating of work standards and procedures. Your profile • CFC in Logistics or training deemed equivalent. • Confirmed experience in an industrial logistics function. • Experience in watchmaking or jewelry of at least 3 years. • Mastery of receiving, storage, order preparation and inventory activities. • Good mastery of an ERP (ProConcept is an advantage). • Good level in Microsoft Office tools, notably Excel. • Ease with physical and IT flows. • Sense of organization and priorities. • Ability to work with rigor in a demanding environment. • Team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills. • Curiosity, autonomy and desire to evolve working methods.
