YOUR TASKS • Together with your colleagues, you ensure the smooth medication cycle in the clinic -- from ordering and goods receipt to the supply of the wards • You manage the pharmacy stock and ensure optimal management (incl. requirement determination, replenishment, transfer, and expiry date control) • You manage medications directly on the wards and are in direct exchange with the nursing staff • You take care of administrative tasks, including processing invoices and master data maintenance • You support the Pharmacy Management as the first point of contact for pharmaceutical and logistical questions from nursing or medical staff regarding our drug range <br /> YOUR PROFILE • Completed training as a Pharmacy Assistant EFZ or Pharmacy Specialist, with good specialist knowledge as well as several years of professional experience, ideally in a hospital pharmacy • Responsible, team-oriented and flexible personality with high initiative • Good IT user skills • Proficient German in spoken and written form as well as polished manners • Enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation and service-oriented work OUR OFFERING A varied activity with regular working hours in a leading and innovative private clinic with a visiting physician system awaits you.
