HERE YOU MAKE THE DIFFERENCE ------------------------------ • You advise our customers in the Kids, Stationery & Design Shop area -- personally, reliably and with attention to detail. • You are familiar with the assortment, recommend suitable products and actively shape sales. • You contribute to visual merchandising, help with campaigns and ensure a high-quality presentation. • You support the customer card program and actively maintain relationships with our regular customers. • You work independently, service-oriented and integrate into the team. WHAT SETS YOU APART --------------------- • You have completed training in retail and have professional experience in advisory sales -- ideally with a focus on design, stationery or kids' products. • You know brands, trends and materials -- and use your knowledge in consulting. • You work in a solution-oriented way, think along and bring initiative. • You appear professional, are communicative and keep an overview even with several customers. • You have very good German -- additional languages are a plus. • Deployments from Monday to Saturday are a matter of course for you.
