July 2026 Job description The Frauenhaus Zug is a privately run, stationary crisis intervention center for women and their children who are affected by domestic violence. In addition to protection and security, the house offers professional counseling and support with the goal of opening up new perspectives, children are supported individually and age-appropriately. For the children, there is an in-house kindergarten with an age-mixed group, where they are supported and promoted individually and according to their needs.   Specialist in Childcare (40-60%) «Experiencing security. Shaping the future»   Your main tasks Leading the in-house small kindergarten for 3 half-days a week Planning and implementing pedagogical activities and projects according to our concept and your own ideas Caring for the children in everyday life to relieve the mothers Observing and documenting group processes and individual developments in CASEnet Responsibility for a stimulating and child-friendly design of the children's rooms    Your profile Completed training as a specialist in childcare or a related profession Open, creative and team-oriented personality Responsible and independent way of working Experience in crisis intervention Willingness to adopt a trauma-pedagogical attitude   Our offer You can expect a manageable working environment with a lot of creative freedom and a responsible, versatile job.
