Clerk for energy subsidy programs (60%–100%) CimArk SA manages the national offices ProKilowatt and EffEL on behalf of the Swiss Federal Office of Energy (BFE). These programs promote electricity saving measures across Switzerland for companies, households, and electricity suppliers. In doing so, we make a concrete contribution to the implementation of the federal energy strategy. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed personality as: Clerk for energy subsidy programs (60%–100%) Your tasks: You process subsidy applications and inquiries from the whole [country] are the first point of contact for our customers and answer their inquiries by telephone and in writing You ensure careful and efficient administrative processing of our subsidy programs organize your work independently, set priorities and work closely with your team colleagues support the cooperation with the BFE and contribute to ensuring and continuously developing efficient, transparent and compliant processes. Your profile: Several years of experience in customer service or in an administrative function. Confident German in spoken and written form as well as good French in contact with customers as well as a strong service orientation.
