Product Owner Observability (1239) Zollikofen, Schweiz (and home office) | 80-100% This is your contribution Take over functional leadership and continuous development of the Observability team at Defence Platform Exercise content responsibility for the products in the areas of Monitoring, Reporting, and Event Management and develop them strategically Bear financial control and budget responsibility for the technologies used in the product area Manage the team backlog, prioritize, and actively model agile working methods in everyday life Collect, evaluate, and prioritize customer requirements and ensure their targeted implementation to maximize customer benefit What makes you unique Completed education in computer science with further training (HF/FH) as well as experience as a Product Owner in platform operations Sound knowledge in monitoring with Prometheus, Grafana, and System Center Operations Manager as well as agile methods (SAFe) Business understanding and experience in the financial control of products Strong communication and leadership skills, team-oriented way of working, as well as active customer orientation Active knowledge of a second official language and good English skills In a nutshell Do you like taking responsibility and want to develop and move your area forward?
