As a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau or Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH, you will work in Bern on a ward in General Internal Medicine with a workload of 60 to 100 %. You will care for patients with complex clinical pictures and multimorbidity, prioritize in everyday life, and bring structure to demanding nursing situations. In doing so, you will work closely within an interdisciplinary team and take on responsibility in a university environment where clinical quality and cooperation are crucial. What awaits you in this responsible task: • Holistic, professional, and needs-oriented care of patients with complex internal medicine clinical pictures • Responsibility for the entire nursing process including planning, implementation, and evaluation • Close interdisciplinary and interprofessional cooperation with various medical specialties • Participation in continuous improvement processes according to Lean and KAIZEN principles • Accompanying and supporting students and learners • Activity in shift operations including night and weekend shifts What you bring with you: • Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH or Dipl.
