For our company, we are looking for, as of November 2026 or by arrangement, a Work Agogist with federal diploma (60-80%) Your tasks: • Planning and implementation of the internal work assessment • Guiding and accompanying clients during the execution of work samples • Evaluation of the work samples • Documentation of the results for the benefit of career counseling for report preparation • Exchange with the case-leading psychologists/career counselors and the job coaching specialists • Further and new development of standardized work samples and workshop tasks Your profile • Work Agogist with federal diploma • Manual, technical or commercial vocational training • Social competence, teamwork skills, empathetic and confident appearance You can expect a versatile and demanding area of responsibility in an exciting field of work and a motivated, cheerful team.
