Accounting Trainer 80%

• 22 July 2026 • 70 - 80% • Indefinite duration • Rue du Petit-Chêne 38, 1003 Lausanne As part of the development of adult training activities, formacomm is looking for a trainer specialized in financial accounting, analytical accounting and the Crésus suite. You will intervene in individualized and/or collective training sessions intended for an adult audience, covering TQG 1 and TQG 2 levels (Quantitative Management Techniques). You will actively contribute to the pedagogical quality of the services as well as to the development of the professional skills of the participants. Accounting Trainer 80% Your responsibilities • Prepare, organize and lead training in financial accounting • Prepare, organize and lead training on the Crésus Accounting and Payroll suite • Design, structure and update pedagogical materials, exercises and evaluations • Evaluate knowledge gained and adapt pedagogical methods to the level and pace of the participants • Integrate digital tools and artificial intelligence (AI) into the pedagogical approach • Prepare reports for state bodies • Participate in evaluation sessions in the presence of advisors Your profile • Federal diploma of specialist in finance and accounting, HES Bachelor, University Bachelor or equivalent title • Practical experience in teaching accounting and the Crésus suite (or other accounting software) • Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 • Ability to differentiate teaching according to heterogeneous levels Personal skills • Interpersonal ease and clear communication • Structured and benevolent pedagogical posture • Sense of organization and autonomy • Capacity for analysis and pedagogical adaptation Requirements • Valid work permit in Switzerland Remuneration: according to profile and experience Start date: immediately or to be agreed Application: to be addressed to Write an email/021 320 64 64
