Temp Psychiatry: Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH

In cooperation with KPPP Psychiatric Services Solothurn, we are looking for the Psychose department a Dipl. nursing specialist with a focus on psychiatry. The clinic is one of the largest psychiatric clinics in Switzerland. Every year, over 3'100 mentally ill adults are treated in the inpatient and outpatient areas. The therapy focuses are in the fields of depression and anxiety, psychosis and addiction, as well as geriatric and neuropsychiatry. Requirements profile ## \-A degree as a dipl. nursing specialist HF/FH/DNII and have experience in psychiatry and have preferably further educated in motivational interviewing \-Enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration \-Dutiful and flexible deployment planning due to the situation \-An appreciative, reflective and goal-oriented way of thinking, high social competence, resilience and customer orientation Tasks ## \-You take on the role of nursing contact person in the treatment process in this challenging function in the day service \-You care for people with psychiatric illnesses independently and are responsible for professional treatment nursing. \-You take on complex nursing situations and support internal teams in conversation rounds as well as patient groups within the framework of milieu therapy \-You actively promote interdisciplinary collaboration and work in a delegated order in the tertiary function.
