To complement our team, we are looking for a personality as Head of Locksmithing 80-100% immediately or by arrangement Your versatile area of responsibility includes: Leadership of the locksmithing department: Disciplinary and technical leadership of your own locksmithing department Further development of our welding assemblies and the processes in our locksmithing Work preparation (AVOR), production planning and process coordination Welding in MAG processes Manufacturing welding constructions according to drawings, hand sketches or oral instructions Carrying out revisions, repairs and conversions Performing flame straightening work You meet the following requirements: Completed training as: Metalworker, vehicle locksmith, mechanic or plant and apparatus builder Already collected leadership experience or further training towards management, e.g. as production and assembly team leader or metal construction production and assembly manager BP Several years of practice in metal processing, ideally in demanding steel or metal construction Sound specialist knowledge in various welding processes (e.g. TIG, MIG/MAG) as well as ideally valid welding tests.
