Nursing assistant at variable rate The Fondation de Nant organizes all public psychiatric care in the Est vaudois. It assumes a public health mission at the request of the State of Vaud. Its care services are open to everyone, children, adolescents, adults and elderly people living in the districts of Aigle, Lavaux-Oron and Riviera-Pays-d'Enhaut. They are offered by Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, Educators and other mental health professionals. The Fondation de Nant is a member of the Fédération des Hôpitaux Vaudois (FHV), the umbrella organization of Vaud regional hospitals recognized as being in the public interest. It is also part of the Réseau Santé Haut-Léman which brings together health partners from the Riviera and Pays-d'Enhaut with those from the Chablais vaudois and valaisan. Attached to psychoanalysis through its history, the Fondation de Nant currently recognizes itself in its contemporary developments. The resulting clinical vision is expressed through its practices, its training and its openness to other approaches. In order to strengthen its team of pool nursing assistants, the Fondation de Nant is looking for Nursing assistants at variable rate THE MISSION The mission of the nursing assistants is to ensure, on call, the care services required for each patient and this in close collaboration within an interdisciplinary team. Called upon to intervene in adult hospital units, they have the characteristic of being particularly flexible. WE OFFER The Fondation de Nant is a private institution recognized as being in the public interest, charged by the State with organizing and providing psychiatric care in the Est vaudois region, from child psychiatry to psychogeriatrics. WE ARE LOOKING FOR A nursing student who wishes to acquire experience in a psychiatric setting or a person holding a CFC as an assistant in community care and health (or a title deemed equivalent). We are looking for a particularly adaptable and flexible person having the capacity to be at the service of the patient, their colleagues and the institution. We are also looking for a person who has availability during the week and on weekends. Finally, we wish to hire a person motivated by the mission of the Foundation and who loves interdisciplinary teamwork.
