Bern (and home office) | 80-100% This is the contribution you can make <br /> • Responsible for the further development and implementation of crisis management for the entire Wirtschaftliche Landesversorgung (WL) • Shapes the organizational crisis preparedness of the WL, develops concepts and processes and realizes them for the successful management of extraordinary situations • Conceives crisis scenarios and develops and realizes training and crisis exercises for the entire WL • As Chief of Situation, ensures an up-to-date and reliable situational picture, analyzes relevant developments and supports escalation decisions • Represents the Department Management Resources in case of absence (deputization) <br /> This makes you unique <br /> • Master in Economics or Crisis Management • Strong analytical skills as well as the ability to present complex issues in an understandable and audience-appropriate manner • Experience in crisis management/RM/BCM (ideally in the federal administration) • Independent way of working and proven editorial skills • Strong social competence, high networking ability and audience-appropriate communication skills • Very good knowledge of two official languages as well as good English skills <br /> In a nutshell You create orientation in complex and dynamic situations and maintain an overview even under pressure.
