In this inspiring environment, we are looking for a dedicated, initiative and communicative person to fill the position of Head of Fachzentrum Werkhof 80-100% Start of work: immediately or by agreement Head of Fachzentrum Werkhof 80-100% Your tasks You will efficiently and purposefully lead the team at the Fachzentrum Werkhof. You will ensure the structural and operational maintenance of the municipal roads, sidewalks, hiking trails, squares and traffic circles. You will be responsible for the operational maintenance of the cemetery and organize the funeral services. You will manage the work in the area of disposal and recycling. You will coordinate the maintenance and care work of all green and sports facilities. Together with the team, you will ensure the winter service and plan the piket deployments. You will accompany municipal deep construction projects (road or pipeline renovations). You will provide project documents for the municipal council. You will support financial planning and monitor cost development in the Werkhof area. Your profile Technical training with commercial professional experience or vice versa. Several years of professional and leadership experience. Good IT skills as a user (MS Office, GIS systems, specialist applications) Knowledge of planning and construction law and/or property law is an advantage. Very good German language skills in writing and speaking, very good oral Swiss German skills. High level of commitment and service readiness as well as negotiating and organizational skills.
