Investment and Operations Manager - Real Estate Private Debt (m/w) 100% – Raum Luzern / Rothenburg You have experience in the real estate or financing sector, work in a structured and analytical manner, and are looking for a position with responsibility and scope for design. Your tasks Case Management and Underwriting – your focus You review incoming financing dossiers and accompany them until they are ready for investors: ● Receipt and initial assessment of incoming financing requests ● Completion of financing dossiers ● Communication with borrowers, brokers, banks, trustees, and advisors ● Review and plausibility check of real estate projects ● Identification, evaluation, and documentation of risks ● Preparation of investment teasers Internal Business Development and Operations You actively develop the company further: ● Setup, structuring, and optimization of internal processes and workflows ● Introduction of automations along the value chain ● Support for regulatory, organizational, and strategic projects Portfolio, Backoffice, and Company Support You keep the operational business stable and transparent: ● Monitoring of ongoing financings including deadline, covenant, and term control ● Reporting for management and investors ● Support for administrative processes ● Operational support for the management in day-to-day business Your profile We are looking for personalities with a real estate or financing background.
