Your main tasks • Machine professional: You control, monitor and operate the state-of-the-art processing plants and ensure that quality, performance and production targets are continuously achieved. • Process optimizer: You independently carry out variety changes as well as changeovers, adjust parameters and always look for ways to make processes even more efficient. • Quality assurer: You perform regular quality controls directly at the plant, recognize deviations early and guarantee best product quality. • Troubleshooter: In the event of technical malfunctions, you intervene pragmatically, determine the causes and actively help to reduce downtime to a minimum. Qualifications • Training: Completed vocational training as an Anlagenführer/in EFZ or a technical basic education (e.g. in the field of mechanics, electrics or mechatronics). • Additional training (Plus): A SUVA-recognized forklift and/or crane license is of great advantage. • Experience: Initial professional experience in the operation of production or packaging plants. Experience in shift operation is an advantage. • Mobility (Mandatory): Driving license Cat. B and a private car are mandatory due to the shift times. • Shift readiness: Willingness for regular 3-shift operation (early, late and night shift, occasionally 4-shift if required). • Languages & EDV: Very good German skills in speaking and writing as well as solid basic knowledge in using MS-Office. • Personality: Reliable, independent and solution-oriented way of working as well as a high level of team orientation.
