For the further development of lifecycle management, we are commissioned to approach you as Asset Manager Real Estate (80 – 100 %) In this key role, you will develop strategies for sustainable value preservation and long-term return optimization of the versatile portfolio consisting of hotels, retail and gastronomy spaces as well as parking and infrastructure facilities, and report directly to a member of the executive board. In doing so, you will analyze the condition of the properties, prioritize measures, and create corresponding investment and maintenance plans. You will thereby create the foundation for professional CAPEX and lifecycle management, plan and control budgets, and coordinate implementation together with Property Management, Facility Management, and external partners. We are addressing an experienced personality with proven project management and technical leadership competence. You bring several years of experience in asset management, real estate, or construction (real estate specialist, architect, project manager, or similar) as well as appropriate education, ideally supplemented by further business administration training at FH/Uni level or equivalent (e.g., MAS Real Estate or real estate management). You are familiar with multi-layered real estate structures and combine structural understanding with conceptual and economic thinking. Self-initiative and organizational skill characterize you as much as the ability to bring different stakeholders together and drive topics forward. Very good German and English skills are required.
