We are looking for you – an energetic and motivated personality as a technically minded Field Sales Repreentative 100% (hybrid) in the Central Switzerland region (LU, ZG & adjacent areas) Your daily business: In this exciting role, you are the expert for the sale of our air filters. You convince our customers with smart solutions, win new customers, and, together with the "Customer Happiness" team, get our offers exactly right. You plan your customer visits independently, maintain sustainable and partnership-based support, and juggle numbers and facts confidently. What you bring with you: • A technical basic training and commercial skills – ideally both! • You have already gained experience in sales – ideally in new customer acquisition as well as in the support of an existing customer base. • Sales passion: Your smile and your customer orientation open every door • Very good German skills as well as good English skills (at least level B2). • You love to drive our product range forward in the Swiss market. • Communication and presentation skills for customer presentations, training, etc. • You enjoy being on the road (approx. 70-80% of your working time). • You enjoy working in a team and appreciate mutual exchange. • Confident handling of MS Office and CRM systems is child's play for you What we offer you: Independence and personal responsibility – you manage your region independently and in a customer-oriented manner.
