To complement our team, we are looking for a reliable and committed personality as per immediately or by arrangement as Real Estate Manager 80-100% (m/f/d) Your area of responsibility Independent management of rental properties, incl. conducting apartment viewings, inspections and handovers as well as drafting lease agreements Organization of property maintenance, coordination and commissioning of repairs Contact person for tenants, owners, authorities, craftsmen and caretakers Preparation of heating and ancillary cost statements Maintaining property accounts and preparing annual financial statements Your profile Completed commercial or technical training Several years of practical experience in real estate management Positive, confident appearance Strong service and customer orientation Good German language skills in speaking and writing Driver's license Cat.
