For our location in Niederurnen, we are looking for a Corporate Communications Manager 100% (m/w/d) ## The position is responsible for the holistic corporate communication in marketing, with a focus on internal communication, content strategy, and PR interface. The goal is to ensure consistent, brand-compliant, and strategically aligned communication across all channels and markets. Tasks ## • Management and further development of internal communication across all countries and areas • Concept and implementation of internal communication formats (intranet, campaigns, stakeholder communication) • Ensuring a consistent and transparent communication line • Development and implementation of brand- and target group-oriented content strategy, including topic architecture and editorial planning • Definition and further development of content guidelines (tone of voice, messaging, storytelling) • Creation and editing of content for web, digital channels, PR, and internal communication, including the development of storylines • Ensuring SEO-optimized and channel-specific content • Responsibility for communication in sensitive and critical situations • Management of PR activities, agencies, and external partners • Maintenance of media and journalist contacts • Communication support for product launches Requirements ## • Completed degree in communication, PR, marketing, journalism, or comparable • At least 10 years of experience in corporate communications, PR, or content marketing in international, complex companies • Excellent writing and storytelling skills • Strong understanding of brand management and content strategy • Ability to prepare complex content in a clear and target group-specific manner • High digital affinity, interest in AI in the communication environment • Distinct communication and organizational strength • Team-oriented with strong interface competence • Very good German and English skills We offer ## You can expect a responsible and exciting field of activity in a sustainably growing company.
