In this key role, you will lead our Heat Projects team and ensure that demanding projects are successfully implemented - from the first idea to commissioning. What awaits you with us ## • You lead and develop the Heat Projects team professionally and personally. • You take overall responsibility for the successful realization of our heat projects. • You control and monitor project implementation with regard to quality, costs, and deadlines. • You ensure efficient cooperation with internal interfaces. • You support your team with demanding questions and make well-founded decisions. • You actively maintain relationships with customers, partners, and authorities. • You represent our company at public events. • You are involved in associations and actively bring in our interests. What you bring with you ## • Completed studies in the field of energy, environmental technology, mechanical engineering, or comparable. • Several years of experience in project management, ideally in the energy or heat sector. • Leadership experience and the ability to develop and empower teams. • Strong empathy and joy in dealing with people - you understand how to build trusting relationships and engage your environment. • Entrepreneurial thinking as well as a structured, solution-oriented way of working. • Communication strength as well as a confident appearance towards various stakeholders. • Sound technical understanding in the heat sector - you can assess complex systems and, if necessary, go into depth, for example, when designing components such as valves and pumps. • Enthusiasm for sustainable energy solutions and the clear will to actively drive the energy transition forward.
