Accounting and Administration Introduction This essential activity within our institution is directly linked to our social support mission. You will have the opportunity to contribute to it on an accounting and administrative level, in close collaboration with the Co-direction and the workshop instructors. Your task: Full management of accounting (statements, treasury, closings, invoicing, collections, etc.) Payroll management (preparation of statements, calculation of social security contributions, withholding tax, pension fund, calculation of benefits in case of illness-accident) Management of routine administrative tasks and secretarial work Management of schedules and absences (Kelio software) Your profile: Higher commercial training French native speaker with very good knowledge of German (translation tasks) At least 5 years of professional experience in the field Proficiency in common IT tools and accounting systems (ERP Dynamics 365 Business Central an asset) Sense of organization, methodical, strong team spirit, mutual aid and collaboration Swiss nationality or resident in Switzerland (permit C) What we offer: Permanent position within a private public utility foundation Social benefits related to the employer convention of the Swiss watch industry 5 weeks of vacation and 6 weeks from age 50 Employer contribution to health insurance 13th month salary & bonus Autonomy and varied tasks A pleasant working environment If you wish to actively contribute to the life of our workshop, we would be delighted to receive your application by email.
