Technical Insurance Manager As a Technical Property / Wealth Manager, based in Fribourg, you ensure the technical management of a portfolio of commercial insurance contracts (civil liability, property, buildings, technical, cyber, etc.), while providing your expertise in risk analysis and claims processing, in coordination with insurers, clients, and Sales Managers. You ensure regular contact with clients, essentially by e-mail and by telephone, supplemented by in-person meetings or videoconferences. Technical Insurance Manager Your missions Updating and managing the portfolio according to client needs and market evolution Risk analysis Adaptation and optimization of coverages Management of calls for tender and preparation of comparisons Presentation of results to clients Follow-up and claims management Negotiation with insurance companies Advising clients and portfolio loyalty Your profile Proven experience in property and wealth insurance, with a Federal Diploma of specialist in insurance or equivalent training Mastery of office tools and insurance management software (type Brokers, M-Files, MS Office, etc.) Excellent ability to simplify technical subjects, sense of analysis, rigor and autonomy Interpersonal skills, collaborative approach, customer orientation and strong team spirit Mastery of French orally and in writing Workplace: Fribourg Activity rate: 80% to 100% Contract type: CDI Why join us?
