• 06 August 2026 • 60% • Indefinite duration • CHF 3-896 - 5-012 /month • Chemin de la Chaux 10, 1430 Orges La Fondation Saphir, a multi-mission and multi-site foundation (psychogeriatrics, geriatrics, adult psychiatry), is active in the medico-social field in the canton of Vaud and particularly in the reception and support of people who are fragile in their physical and mental integrity during their lives. In this context and in order to complete our team, we are looking for our Centre d'Accueil Temporaire (CAT) Manureva in Orges, which has 25 reception places in psychogeriatrics: Health Care Assistant or Care and Support Aide (F/M/D) in permanent contract at 60% - CAT Manureva Whatever their function, the professionals of Fondation Saphir have a common will: to support People on a daily basis to allow them to concretely experience the institutional strategy of "like at home" services. That is to say, to maintain their habits as much as possible, to offer a response adapted to their wishes and, through real interprofessional collaboration, to allow the well-being and happiness of the People. Within our temporary reception centre, you accompany People in the acts of daily life, taking into account their support project, their abilities and their level of autonomy. You perform the delegated care relevant to your function and contribute to maintaining a safe, warm and stimulating environment. In collaboration with the interprofessional team or autonomously, you prepare, organize and lead activities adapted to the needs and desires of the people being welcomed. Comfortable in the kitchen, you participate in the preparation of meals, snacks and culinary workshops, considered to be true moments of sharing, pleasure and maintenance of abilities. You also ensure the movement of People during outdoor activities, thus contributing to the maintenance of social links and their openness to the region. YOUR BACKGROUND - YOUR QUALITIES AND SKILLS • You hold a CRS Health Care Assistant certificate or an AFP in Care and Support (ASA) or a title deemed equivalent. • You possess confirmed experience in accompanying elderly people, ideally in psychogeriatrics. • You are comfortable in performing delegated care. • You enjoy cooking and are able to prepare simple meals and lead culinary activities with the people being welcomed. • You hold a category B driver's license and are comfortable driving minibus-type vehicles (9 seats). • Knowledge of the Nord vaudois region is an asset. • You demonstrate empathy, benevolence and an attitude centered on the well-being of the Person. • You enjoy working in an interprofessional team and communicate in an appropriate manner. • You master French (oral and written) as well as standard IT tools.
