On behalf of the management, we are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurially thinking personality as:    OPERATIVE/R Operations Manager # YOUR RESPONSIBILITY    In this key position, you will take over the operational management of our company and make a significant contribution to further developing our internal processes and efficiently aligning our organization. You can expect a varied and challenging range of tasks that combines technical understanding in the field of Workplace-, Audio- and Videokonferenz-Lösungen with business management expertise and leadership skills. You will be responsible for an efficient and customer-oriented organization of operational operations and ensure that all processes run smoothly. To do this, you will lead our internal team with four employees, coordinate order handling and warehouse management, and continuously optimize processes and interfaces along the entire order processing chain. In addition, you will accompany digitization and transformation projects and act as an interface between the business strategy and its operational implementation. In your function, you will report directly to the management and work closely with a motivated and qualified team. YOUR PERSONALITY   You have a technical basic education and a business management further education at the HF/FH level. Ideally, you come from the computer science sector or are familiar with components of communication technology. You have already gained leadership experience and responsibility in the sale of technical or electronic components or IT solutions. You would like to bring your skills and fascination for Workplace-, Audio- and Videokommunikation into a family-owned SME and take the company to a new level. Your marketing and sales skills will help you to identify market trends and potential and derive suitable measures. You are familiar with business management processes and understand how to use modern tools to promote efficiency and optimize processes. You appreciate great flexibility and have the ability to positively influence your environment. You are happy to take on the leader role and are used to involving your employees in your development plans. Excellent spoken and written German skills as well as negotiation-secure English skills round out your profile.
