Perfect, then we offer you the opportunity from October 1st as Employee Quality Management (m/w/d) 40%-50% Main tasks Responsible for monitoring and ensuring the quality of our products according to the applicable standards and regulations Creation of specifications for raw materials, intermediate and finished products as well as creation and revision of SOP Conducting laboratory activities for analyzing samples in the raw material and finished product area to ensure quality standards as well as commissioning and evaluating external analyses (sensory, physical, chemical, and microbiological examinations) Processing of internal inquiries, customer inquiries, and complaints Supplier management Technical support and consulting for other specialist departments including training Administrative preparation and implementation of audits and requirements Continuous development of quality management Participation in projects SAP master data maintenance Conducting and evaluating cleaning/hygiene controls and testing and processing of allergen management Requirements Studies in the field of food technology, food chemistry, food technology or a comparable qualification At least 8 years of professional experience in the field of quality management and quality assurance in the food industry Knowledge of common quality standards (e.g. FSSC, IFS, BRC,) as well as relevant legal regulations Knowledge of common labels in Switzerland Good analytical skills and problem-solving competence Strong independence, reliability, flexibility, and initiative are a must Experience in handling SAP and other quality assurance software Good German and English language skills, ideally Swiss language skills At Agrano, quality and entrepreneurial action come first.
