Electrical Engineering Project Manager Engineer (M/F) Are you passionate about energy efficiency and managing large-scale projects? Your tasks: • An excellent communicator, you are methodical, pragmatic, and autonomous. • Curious and endowed with natural leadership, you develop your technical and industrial culture thanks to your spirit of analysis, synthesis, and initiative. • Customer-oriented and of a positive character, you possess interpersonal skills and enthusiasm, and know how to rigorously energize collaboration between multidisciplinary teams. • With training as an electrical engineer, electrical engineering, electrotechnics, or an experienced technician, you have proven experience (5+ years) in the design, development, and implementation of projects related to electricity and electrical installations for buildings. • You master the concepts of TGBT, main low voltage switchboard, AC power supply standards, alternating current (DC, direct current is a plus) and have excellent project management skills, ideally acquired within a large engineering office in building technology (electricity, automation, etc.). • Mastery of Swiss SIA standards is a plus. As an Electrical Engineering Project Manager Engineer You design, develop, and implement electrical engineering projects within the framework of building infrastructure and production and logistics means, and • Apply electrical standards related to the activity (knowledge of NIBT and SIA standards ideally). • Act as a technical referent, providing advice and recommendations regarding design and implementation. • Follow lots, processes, and milestones with stakeholders: engineering office, suppliers, etc. • Manage the entire life cycle of the project portfolio (between 8 and 12 projects simultaneously), from initial planning to execution and commissioning. • Collaborate closely with internal and external teams to ensure effective project coordination. • Perform feasibility studies and propose suitable solutions. • Analyze input data, drive and supervise projects for the evolution of technical installations (improvements, transformations, renovations, new works). • Lead design reviews. • Manage construction sites and ensure project and work follow-up: cost, quality, deadline, risk, method, etc. • Execute project plans and diagrams, dimension electrical installations, and write technical notes; • Participate in the development of layout and equipment plans. • Ensure the interface with all the different stakeholders and know how to manage several projects simultaneously. • Are you a Swiss national, holder of a valid work permit (B, C or G), or a national of one of the member states of the European Union? • Position open to all persons matching the profile. • Indefinite term contract (permanent, CDI).
