Customer Advisor Sales Direct Root or Lausanne 80-100% # Your mission • The heart of the matter: in lead processing (e.g. from inquiries or online conclusions), you focus on acquiring new customers and retaining and developing existing customers, in close collaboration with our own sales network. • From the first lead to the conclusion of insurance: you accompany our customers with commitment and find customized solutions tailored to their individual needs. • You advise via video call, phone and email, in excellent German and French. Other languages are an asset. • Through a targeted approach, you contact existing and potential customers through marketing campaigns, follow-up actions or customer loyalty programs, and drive our sales initiatives forward. • You work closely with your colleagues and help each other achieve common goals. What you bring • Let's start with the essentials: you enjoy being in contact with people, and it shows; you approach them openly with a positive attitude that is infectious. • You have commercial training, in retail, in customer service or in another exciting field. We are open. • You have at least two years of experience in customer consulting and possibly already have the AFA certification. If not, you can obtain it through our training courses. Your motivation and perseverance are decisive. • You are a native German or French speaker and have good oral and written knowledge of the other language (level B2 minimum). • You can put yourself in your counterpart's shoes, listen carefully and enjoy convincing others with solid arguments. • You are comfortable with digital technology and master computer skills. • So that you can start in the best conditions, your integration will take place over a few months at our Root site. Then you can work at our Lausanne or Root sites.
