With your experience in public fundraising, you contribute to securing the medical care of children, adolescents, and women in the Middle East in the long term. The non-profit association «Kinderhilfe Bethlehem», based in the heart of Luzern, has been committed to the well-being of mothers and children in the Middle East for over 60 years. As a central project, it operates the Kinderspital Bethlehem (Caritas Baby Hospital), the only hospital specialized in pediatrics in the West Bank. In addition, the association supports other projects. To strengthen the team, we have been commissioned to fill the newly created position Fundraiser:in Public Fundraising In this diverse position, you are responsible for the systematic acquisition, development, and retention of private donors in particular. You conceive, plan, and implement fundraising campaigns across various channels, particularly direct mail and digital media, and thus make an important contribution to the financing of the organization. Additionally, you develop and implement binding programs and analyze the impact of your activities based on relevant key figures, and derive concrete impulses for the further development of the fundraising strategy from this. In doing so, you work closely with internal and external partners and ensure a consistent and effective donor journey. For this varied task, you bring a solid commercial education as well as experience and successes in fundraising. You identify with the values and mission of the association and convince with your binding, professional appearance as well as your contact friendliness. Your way of working is self-initiative, forward-looking, and goal-oriented. As a team-oriented person, you actively contribute to the team and appreciate supportive collaboration. A secure handling of M365 and CRM systems rounds off your profile. Stylistically correct German and good French skills (English and Italian are an advantage) round off your profile.
