Ensure the operational management of infrastructures, technical services, and internal logistics of the site in order to guarantee a functional, secure working environment that complies with quality and HSE requirements and site standards. The job holder provides first-level technical caretaking services, monitors internal and external interventions, as well as the coordination of specialized service providers. He/she contributes to maintaining the availability of installations, user satisfaction, and compliance with internal procedures. Your tasks: Daily management and ensuring the proper functioning of the building: 1st level technical maintenance (electricity, painting, locksmithing, carpentry, sanitary) Main point of contact for occupants, service providers, and managers Regular inspections of installations Routine maintenance and occasional restoration of installations Management of secondary waste disposal Monitoring the technical operation of the building Management of green spaces and site exteriors via service providers Management of the Pest Control program Your profile: CFC facility operator, in the building sector or a title deemed equivalent Several years of experience in the Facility Management world Knowledge of electricity, OIBT 15 an asset Good experience in the administrative and technical management of small construction sites Proficiency in French, English an asset Good use of common IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to manage unforeseen situations and to work in a demanding environment with stress resistance. Sense of organization and ability to plan interventions according to operational priorities. Ability to identify emergencies, prioritize requests, and respect intervention deadlines. Ready for us?
