ARCHITEKT*IN FH/ETH with (part-time) project management function, 80-100% Architect*in FH/ETH or equivalent, 80-100% Workplace: Rapperswil-Jona SG Entry: immediately or by agreement About us We are a young, dynamic and ambitious architectural office in Rapperswil-Jona. Our broad field of activity has its focus in the planning of development and execution projects as well as competitions in the economic region of Zurich. We plan and realize high-quality projects in the areas of residential and commercial buildings, renovations, restorations and cultural buildings. In our interdisciplinary team, we combine design competence with pragmatic planning, short decision-making paths and an open, uncomplicated way of collaboration: a work climate in which every employee can optimally exploit their own potential. Your tasks • Design, planning and elaboration of construction projects in various service phases (study to execution). • Independent processing of projects including coordination with specialist planners, authorities and clients. • Participation in feasibility studies, project developments and competitions. • Creation of plans, visualizations and presentations with common CAD and visualization software (e.g. ArchiCAD). • Depending on experience, (accompanied) takeover of part-time or project management tasks (schedule, quality and cost responsibility). Your profile • Completed architecture studies FH/ETH or equivalent education. • Several years of professional experience in a Swiss architectural office, ideally with experience in design, execution planning and project management. • Very good ArchiCAD skills, secure handling of common office and presentation tools. • Good knowledge of Swiss building regulations and standards. • Stylistically secure German in word and writing; further languages are an advantage. • You work in a structured, independent, responsible and solution-oriented manner and appreciate the exchange in a small, dynamic team.
